Tech support is offered by the SoftPlan corporate office in Waterloo, Ontario (1-519-886-9750). All of the tech support staff are construction technologists and they are trained to assist you with getting the most out of SoftPlan to tackle your unique construction situations.
We can help you with basic training, demo disks, and price quotes. We can demonstrate the software either in person (in southern Ontario) or live online using GoToMeeting. We are constantly looking for Builder / Designer events where we can show SoftPlan to new clients or existing users. There is currently a very large fan base.
